A path of Art & Life.

A former student of the Maison d’Éducation de la Légion d’Honneur and the Institut Charlemagne, she first pursued a career in journalism after studying at the Institut Pratique du Journalisme in Paris. She then joined the editorial staff of a major French weekly.

But in 2005, her life changed dramatically: she was diagnosed with cancer and spent two years in a wheelchair. From this ordeal was born a vibrant and sincere slam, sold to benefit the League Against Cancer. A cry from the heart, a breath of life.

In 2019, driven by the desire to share her experience with other patients, she obtained a University Diploma as an Expert Patient in Cancerology at the Sorbonne University Faculty of Medicine.

Painting then became a natural choice for her. A rebirth through color and material. Each canvas becomes a heartbeat, a breath, a way of existing differently.

What sets Lask apart is her unique relationship with color. She doesn’t settle for the world’s hues: she invents them, sculpts them, and brings them to life, creating a profoundly unique visual signature. Her palette isn’t a tool; it’s a language.

Her style, at the crossroads of impressionism and abstraction, defies categorization. It evokes a waking dream, a suspended emotion. Both bold and delicate, her work intrigues, touches, and seduces those who encounter it.

Because Lask doesn’t just paint pictures. She paints life—hers, ours—with that gaze that transforms pain into light.
